If you wish to cancel the order you can do so as follows:
- If the order has not been shipped you can request cancellation by sending an email as follows - Send us the order number and a note to say that you wish to cancel to: sales@oxford-lifestyle.com . We will refund the order and the full cost of the order will be returned to the account of the payment method you used to make payment. The return takes 3-5 working days depending on the payment card/payment method used.
- If the order has been shipped you can register the cancellation - see 1 above. However in this case you must return the goods in order to receive the refund. The ordered items can be returned to the address below. You must bear the return cost.
