Personal information you disclose to us. We process personal information that you provide to us such as name, address, contact information, passwords, security data, payment information and delivery instructions only as needed to proces orders.

We collect personal information that you voluntarily provide to us when registering/purchasing on the site, expressing an interest in obtaining information about us or our products and services, when participating in activities on the sites or otherwise contacting us.

The personal information that we collect depends on the context of your interactions with us and the sites, the choices you make and the products and features you use. The personal information we collect can include the following:

Name and Contact Data. We collect your first and last name, email address, postal address, phone number, delivery address if different and related contact information.

Credentials. We collect passwords, and related security information used for authentication and account access.

Payment Data. We collect data necessary to process payments, such as your card inforamtion. On our website PayPal processes payments on our behalf. Payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly for a response to any queries which you might have concerning its privacy and security policies. We are unable to provide any such answers on behalf of PayPal. Where orders are placed on associated channels such as Ebay the channel concerned collects your order information and provides access to us as the merchant as required to complete the order i.e. products ordered and delivery details etc..

Social Media Login Data. We are not currently active on social media platforms.

All personal information that you provide to us must be complete and accurate. You must notify us of any changes to such personal information promptly - before orders are shipped. If your personal information changes then please be sure to change that information when re-ordering or inform us when calling for phone orders. If you have opened a customer account please change your details before making a new order.

Information automatically collected. Some information, such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our sites.

Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and related technologies. Our checkout process requires a cookie (a text file stored on the customer's computer) that holds information about the order. The only information we use is the information you send us about the order.

Information collected through Apps. Data is not collected as we do not have a mobile phone App.

We are not responsible for the safety of any information that you share with 3rd party providers who advertise, but are not affiliated with, our websites.

We cannot guarantee the safety and privacy of data you provide to any third parties - data collected by third parties is not covered by this privacy policy.

INFORMATION RETENTION

We keep your information for only as long as is necessary to fulfil the business purposes set out in this privacy policy unless otherwise required by law or permitted for tax, accounting or other legal requirements of the jurisdiction in which the order was made. We are obliged not only to conform to the law of England and Wales, which is the law governing the contracts which we make with our customers, but also to collect VAT for and to account to EU and other jurisdictions where the order was placed. UK law requires us to keep order information for 6 years.

We will keep your personal information for as long as it is necessary for the purposes set out in this privacy policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law (such as tax, accounting or other legal requirements). We keep email addresses for marketing/promotional emails unless you ask to unsubscribe.

When we have no ongoing legitimate business need to process your personal information, we will either delete or anonymize it, or, if this is not possible e.g. because your information has been stored in backup archives, we will securely store your information and isolate it from any further processing until deletion is possible.

However, please be aware that we cannot guarantee the internet itself is 100% secure. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmission of personal information to and from our sites is at your risk. MINORS/CHILDREN

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age. It is not possible to own a UK credit/debit card unless you are 18. Paypal does not allow people under 18 to have an account.

Your rights:

(2) to request correction or deletion of records where appropriate - legal requirements to store information overrides this right.
To make such a request, please email us and we will consider and act upon any request in accordance with applicable data protection laws.

Upon your request to terminate your account, we will deactivate or delete your account and information from our active databases. However, some information may be retained in our files to prevent fraud, troubleshoot problems, assist with any investigations, enforce our Terms of Use and/or comply with legal requirements.
