Payment data is stored by our payment processor and you should review its privacy policies and contact the payment processor directly for a response to any queries which you might have concerning its privacy and security policies. We are unable to provide any such answers on behalf of PayPal. Where orders are placed on associated channels such as Ebay the channel concerned collects your order information and provides access to us as the merchant as required to complete the order i.e. products ordered and delivery details etc..
Social Media Login Data. We are not currently active on social media platforms.
All personal information that you provide to us must be complete and accurate. You must notify us of any changes to such personal information promptly - before orders are shipped. If your personal information changes then please be sure to change that information when re-ordering or inform us when calling for phone orders. If you have opened a customer account please change your details before making a new order.
Information automatically collected. Some information, such as IP address and/or browser and device characteristics, is collected automatically when you visit our sites.
Like many businesses, we also collect information through cookies and related technologies. Our checkout process requires a cookie (a text file stored on the customer's computer) that holds information about the order. The only information we use is the information you send us about the order.
Information collected through Apps. Data is not collected as we do not have a mobile phone App.

INFORMATION RETENTION

We do not knowingly collect data from or market to anyone under 18 years of age. It is not possible to own a UK credit/debit card unless you are 18. Paypal does not allow people under 18 to have an account.
