As part of our testing methods and to differentiate our potency level, each batch of Wedderspoon Manuka Honey is sourced and tested for its higher pollen count (KFactor 16 guarantees higher than 75% pollen count), live enzymes, antioxidants and various other phytochemical components. Wedderspoon is further developing KFactor to identify complex properties found in unadulterated Manuka honey. We are working to unlock the Key Factors to authenticate true Manuka honey and its origin.
