Ingredients
Deep-sea FISH oil concentrate (from anchovy, sardine and mackrel), FISH gelatin, humectant (glycerol), antioxidant: tocopherol rich extract.
Suggested use
For children from 6 years old, 1 twist softgel per day.
For adults: 2 twist softgels per day. Swallow whole (adults only), with food. Alternatively you can twist the tail off the softgel and squeeze the liquid into cold food or drinks.
