This fresh herb tincture is commonly called paracress and is taken to reduce fungal infections such as thrush, candidiasis and ringworm. Use internally or externally.
Directions:
Internal use: 20 drops twice daily in a little water.
External use: Dab liberally onto affected area, 2 to 5 times daily.
As a mouthwash: 30 drops in a little water, 2 to 4 times a day. Gargle for one minute.
