Ginger is a warming, stimulating oil which is ideal for winter baths when blended with 3 drops Orange and 1 drop Patchouli in 5ml Coconut Oil. It's also a useful oil to use in massages particularly after exercising due to its relaxing, warming properties.
If feeling nauseous after travelling or over-indulgence, 2 drops of Ginger Oil on a handkerchief for inhaling can help to alleviate the billiousness.
