A combination of essential oils such as eucalyptus, carraway and peppermint to help alleviate the symptoms of cold symptoms and flu's.
Directions:
(Adults) Boil approximately 200ml of water and let this cool to around 70c (this will take approximately five minutes). Pour this water into the lower part of the inhaler (which should be about half filled). Add three to five drops of Po-Ho Oil to the water and screw on the top half of the inhaler. Place your nose over the inhale. Inhaling through the nose and exhaling through the mouth, breathe in the vapour for five minutes. During this time the effect of the oil will be felt, helping to clear the head. In severe cases the whole process can be repeated immediately. Peppermint essential oil: 50%
Eucalyptus essential oil: 30%
Juniper essential oil: 14%
Caraway essential oil:4%
