Breatheasy is a clearing blend for all your chills. It contains Eucalyptus, renowned for its ability to help with breathing and decongestion.
To help ease nasal and chest congestion put a few drops on a tissue and inhale. Or add 4 to 5 drops to a bowl of just boiled water, cover your head with a towel and lean over the bowl. Breathe normally for a few minutes; repeat for up to for 10 minutes in total.
Alternatively use neat in one of Absolute Aromas diffusers or to use as a massage oil, blend 5 drops of the blend with 10ml of carrier oil, or added to the bath for a sumptuous, clearing bath oil.
