Sweet Almond oil is an ideal oil for massage and a host of other used. It is especially good for slightly dry or sensitive skin. Absolute Aromas Sweet Almond Oil has a good vitamin content of vitamins A, B and E.
Usage
Use either on its own or a carrier oil, blended with a few drops of Absolute Aromas essential oils. Almond oil is so gentle it can be used to remove eye make-up by putting a few drops onto organic cotton wool and wipe. Almond oil also makes a great skin hydrater. It is rumoured that Liz Hurley uses Almond oil as a rehydrater on her face. So try gently massaging Almond oil into your neck and face before bedtime a couple of times a week.
